This is the 2nd bath fitter job at my home, tub 12 years ago and shower this time. I'm very pleased. The shower works great and the installers, Chase and Walter were great. The decision to go with this product was primarily for safety reasons. However, we are pleasantly surprised of just how much the product improved the look of this bathroom. In addition to the good looks, the high quality is also evident. The Bath Fitter personnel in the entire process, from Sales (Jerry & Scott) to Installation (Jon & Frank) were professional, polite and knowledgeable. It was definitely the right decision in selecting Bath Fitter for changing out tub to walk-in shower.
