Ever tried to reach a remodeling company and gotten nothing but a contact form and a promise that “someone will be in touch”? We don’t love that either. So here are the real numbers, the real addresses, and which one to use for what.
What’s the fastest way to reach someone?
- Questions or scheduling: call (844) 661-2451. Phones are answered daily, 7 a.m. to 1 a.m. Eastern.
- Your local team: each market has its own number, listed in the table below.
- Existing customers: for warranty and service, call Customer Support at 1-877-585-2284.
- Want a price first? Our Instant Estimate gives you a range in a few minutes, no visit required.
- Ready for a visit? Schedule a free in-home consultation online.
Where are your offices?

Not sure which team covers your town? Check your service area, or just call. If you’re outside our area, we’ll tell you so and point you to the right Bath Fitter location.
I’m already a customer. Who do I call?
Call Customer Support at 1-877-585-2284. Whether it’s silicone that needs refreshing, a dripping valve or something that just doesn’t look right, call us first. We’d rather hear about it early than have you live with it.
Don’t worry about paperwork. Kell Chapman, who runs our installs across the Upstate and Western North Carolina, says it best:
“You’ve probably lost the contract by now. That’s okay.”

Have your address handy, and if you bought a home that already had a Bath Fitter shower, tell us that too. It’s typically still covered under our lifetime warranty.
What happens after I reach out?
A real person on our team will talk through what you’re hoping to change and help you pick a next step. That might be an Instant Estimate, a free in-home consultation, or an honest “this isn’t a job for us,” if that’s the case. We’d rather tell you that on day one than after a deposit.
If you book a consultation, a design consultant will come to your home, measure, show you options, and give you a firm price. Here’s how the rest of our process works.

Is this the same as Bath Fitter corporate?
We’re a family-owned Bath Fitter franchise run by the Mullikin family since 2003. You can read more about us here. If you live outside our seven markets, find another Bath Fitter location.
Whatever you decide, make sure whoever you hire does what they say they’re going to do. We’d love the chance to show you we will.
