What's the most expensive project you've got to do? The one you've got to do more than once.

A $26,000 bathroom gut and redo. So, a ceramic floor?

A couple grand. It's nothing crazy.

And you could go out and find somebody to do it. The DIYer, you could probably save that cost. Anybody could go put in a vanity. Anybody could put in a toilet for a minimal cost. So, you're not talking crazy over there.

Light fixtures. So, out of 26,000, it's 6 to 10,000 for the rest of the bathroom.

That's where your focus needs to be. Your focus isn't on your vanity. You can go buy a toilet. Toilets are a dime a dozen. But your shower is the most important space in there. So, that's where your cost needs to be focused. If your previous shower was leaking and you didn't know, that's where your focus is. When anybody says full bathroom remodel or anything along those lines, the shower is the first place you start, and then you go from there.

Showers are more labor.

Yeah, a lot more skilled labor.

You and I could put a toilet in, right?

It might work, I don't know.

A lot of YouTube in there to go figure out how to do it. We could go get a base anywhere. We could go get a wall. We could go get a surround. We could do tile. We could do fiberglass. We go on YouTube, we could figure out how to do it.

But here's the thing. If it fails in six months...

We have to do it again.

And do it again.
