Summary
Our installers score each acrylic wall, then heat-bend the corners instead of joining panels, so the wall fits your space with no corner seam. See it in 52 seconds.
How does a one-piece acrylic wall end up fitting your shower exactly? In this 52-second clip, our installers show the score, the snap and the heat-bend that make every wall a custom fit.
What you’ll see in this video
- Acrylic walls are scored and snapped to size on site.
- A heating element, built in-house, softens the wall so the corners can be bent instead of seamed.
- The bend is centered so the grout lines in the tile pattern stay even on both sides.
- The finished wall fits the space tight, which is why every job is custom.

So, this being the first time you've bent a wall, are you nervous?
So, when we do acrylic walls, we have to score them and then break them, because we bend these walls to fit in the space.
So, this is our heater that we make in order to bend our walls. Come in here and take a look at this. Just a little element in here. Looks like the one you'd have in your oven. We take a center point so that our grout lines are even on each side. So, the distance between the grout lines to the bend is going to be the same on both sides. And all we're doing is putting our line on top of that heating element up here and down there. Heat this thing up and we'll bend it.
It is a custom fit every time. Every job we do is custom. Every single one of them.
That's how you bend it right there, folks. That's how you do it. But look at this. It fits perfect.
Yeah.
What do you say?
Good and tight.
Good and tight. So, there you go, folks. That's how we do it.
