I haven't used my shower yet, but it was professionally done. The installer (Miguel from Venezuela) was professional, clean, and considerate. I think the price was kind of high for a basic/standard walk-in shower, but the warranty and call back for further sealing after my floors get down are awesome. Overall would use them again if I could get a lower price😊. Mr. Dunn was very responsive to my needs and calls.

So happy I went with Bath Fitter. Delivered what they promised but more than that is the peace of mind knowing my mom has a safe shower to get in and out. And shout out to the installer Bryan who was traveling 2.5 hours from MS to TN for the work. He did a great job!!!

Couple of weeks ago we had our bathtub replaced by a walking shower by Bath fitter. The salesman, Kevin Heller explained the process and answered all our questioned very clearly. The price he quoted us was very competitive with other local contractors. Zack, the installer was great in doing a neat job. He kept us informed during the process.
