We originally had Bath Fitter remodel our bathtub back in 2008. They came back a few years later and replaced our tub because it had a small crack in it. We think a worker put the toilet in the tub when we replaced the flooring. We told Bath Fitter, but they still replaced it at no charge! They also came back and recalked the tub a couple of times. All of this return work was at no charge. We were very pleased with Bath Fitter. That is why we went back to Bath Fitter when we decided to remove the tub and put in a shower with a fold down seat. The sales lady in the showroom at the Greenville Remodeling Show was very nice and helpful. Myke came out to the house and helped us decide what we wanted. Then a week later Chris came out to install it. They were all very professional and knowledgeable. They did not try to rush us to make quick decisions. We were very impressed and will always recommend Bath Fitter!
I am well pleased with the excellent work done by Bath Fitters. We had our bathtub converted to a walk-in shower. The work was completed in less than a day. The installer was professional and skilled. We highly recommend Bath Fitters.
We had them take our old tub and ceramic tile out and put in a walk in shower, for safety reasons. They came measured, and Chase, came the next week, and got it going, he did a really good job, communicated with us on where to put all the safety features, friendly and good to us. Later, have them do my other bathroom.
