Replaced our tub with walk in shower. A single technician skillfully removed our old tub/shower unit then installed the shower. This only took about 5 hours. The area was left clean and all debris removed. It was impressive.

The decision to go with this product was primarily for safety reasons. However, we are pleasantly surprised of just how much the product improved the look of this bathroom. In addition to the good looks, the high quality is also evident. The Bath Fitter personnel in the entire process, from Sales (Jerry & Scott) to Installation (Jon & Frank) were professional, polite and knowledgeable. It was definitely the right decision in selecting Bath Fitter for changing out tub to walk-in shower.

We originally had Bath Fitter remodel our bathtub back in 2008. They came back a few years later and replaced our tub because it had a small crack in it. We think a worker put the toilet in the tub when we replaced the flooring. We told Bath Fitter, but they still replaced it at no charge! They also came back and recalked the tub a couple of times. All of this return work was at no charge. We were very pleased with Bath Fitter. That is why we went back to Bath Fitter when we decided to remove the tub and put in a shower with a fold down seat. The sales lady in the showroom at the Greenville Remodeling Show was very nice and helpful. Myke came out to the house and helped us decide what we wanted. Then a week later Chris came out to install it. They were all very professional and knowledgeable. They did not try to rush us to make quick decisions. We were very impressed and will always recommend Bath Fitter!
