Video transcript

I always tell my customers, every year you put this project off, you're adding a thousand, thirteen hundred dollars to that project.

So, they're talking about in here also the resale value. If you put twenty-six thousand in, you can in theory keep around eighty percent of your money.

The biggest thing is, when you're selling your home, where are the first two places that somebody goes to look when they go to buy a home?

Kitchens and baths.

Kitchens and bathrooms. If you go in there and you don't have a good-looking bathroom, that prospective buyer passes on your house immediately. They're done with it. So, yeah, bathrooms are such an important part of your house.
