I do remember years ago we had a warranty claim where somebody had done a drive-by shooting on a house. And we went in and there were bullet holes in the acrylic. Did we warranty it? I can't remember. We probably did. We probably switched it out.
I've only had one warranty claim where we didn't warranty it, and the entire house had burned down and the insurance was paying for it to be rebuilt. In that instance, the insurance handled it, so we were able to take care of the customer, but we did upgrade all of their fixtures to the newest stuff as well. So that is the only warranty claim I guess was denied, because it was covered by someone else.
