Additional information about this website
Updated October 9, 2026. This website is operated by Mullikin Group, Inc. DBA Bath Fitter. The information below supplements the policy above and describes features on the Bath Fitter Fam website.
Contact us about privacy
Email marketing@bathfittersouth.com, or write to Mullikin Group, Inc. DBA Bath Fitter, 608 Crown Pointe Dr, Duncan, SC 29334. Please do not send payment card details, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive documents through general inquiry forms.
Forms, scheduling, and estimates
When you request a consultation, we use the contact information, project details, service ZIP, and communication preferences you provide to respond, identify the team serving your area, arrange appointments, and follow up on your request. Our website form records submission and consent information and delivers leads through ActiveProspect to Convertros and ServiceTitan. PriceGuide estimate leads go through Zapier and then ActiveProspect to those business systems. Online scheduling is provided through ServiceTitan. The instant estimate tool is provided through PriceGuide. These tools process information you enter to provide the service you request. An estimate or scheduling request does not itself establish a final project price or guarantee an appointment.
We record calls for customer service, quality assurance, training, and business records. Telephone systems may also record call time, duration, routing, and campaign attribution. Please let our team know if you have questions about call recording. Optional SMS consent is separate from submitting a request and is not required to purchase services.
Location and ZIP information
With browser permission, the website can use your device location to find a service ZIP through a mapping provider. You can decline permission and enter a ZIP or choose a market instead. Your browser controls location permission. We remember a selected local team in browser storage for up to 90 days so that local contact information can remain consistent between visits. Visiting a market page does not by itself change your saved selection. You can change or reset your location using the website’s location controls.
Analytics and campaign measurement
Google Tag Manager manages website measurement tags. With your analytics choice enabled, Google Analytics helps us measure page visits and actions such as clicking a phone link, successfully submitting a website form, opening the scheduler, and interacting with the estimator. A phone click does not tell us whether a call was completed. Website analytics events are designed to exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, and free-text form answers.
Campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers can help connect inquiries with the campaign that brought a visitor to the website. Advertising measurement is controlled separately from analytics. When call tracking is enabled, the displayed telephone number may be a tracking number that routes your call to our team. Third-party scheduling and estimate tools may have their own tracking settings and privacy notices in addition to the controls on this website.
Your privacy choices
Use Privacy choices to allow or decline optional analytics and advertising measurement, or to change an earlier choice. For visitors whose country is identified as the United States, Google analytics and advertising conversion measurement are enabled by default unless you opt out. For all other visitors, including the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, and when the country cannot be determined, these options remain off until you choose. Ignoring the notice is not recorded as consent. We use our hosting provider’s country-level location information for this decision; it does not request device-location permission. Saved choices take priority over regional defaults. Google advertising personalization remains disabled, and Meta tracking requires an explicit advertising choice. We remember these choices for up to 180 days. Essential functionality, including local-team selection, security, and responding to a request, remains available. A supported Global Privacy Control signal keeps advertising measurement off. You can also manage browser cookies and storage and withdraw device-location permission in your browser. Deleting browser storage may remove your saved choices.
Retention, requests, and security
We retain inquiry, appointment, project, and consent records according to their business purpose and applicable recordkeeping requirements. The appropriate period depends on the record and whether it relates to an ongoing request, customer relationship, dispute, or legal obligation. A retention review date is not a promise of automatic deletion on that date.
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, obtain a copy, or opt out of certain processing. Contact us using the details above to make a request or ask about a decision on your request. We may need information to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority before responding. Some records may need to be retained as permitted or required by law. We do not require you to include sensitive information in an initial request.
Hosting, security, and anti-spam tools support delivery and protection of the website. No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. The website is intended for adults seeking home-improvement services. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information through it.
